Hold on to what is good even if it is a handful of earth.

Hold on to what you believe even if it is a tree which stands by itself.

Hold on to what you must do even if it is a long way from here.

Hold on to life even when it is easier letting go.

Hold on to my hand even when I have gone away from you.

Greetings Dear Adele
a favorite picture book...one that resonates today is
Sector 7 by David Wiesner where a child is taken by a friendly cloud to visit a magical place where clouds are shaped

Oh Adele, the act of looking to the sky and day dreaming with the clouds is one of my earliest memories of imagining in concert with nature....
one such day occurred eons ago while on my childhood drive way. There I was positioned between sky clouds and caterpillar cocoons forming cloud-like pillows nestled in a magnolia tree

...Sector 7 serves as a pictorial metaphor for my tendency to daydream when time allows...something that I did yesterday and something I did 2 summers ago as recorded in the picture below taken near Front and Bay in Toronto...
in praise of Sector 7..... love Michelle

  1. Blows and flows of angels hair, and ice cream castles in the air Feathered canyons everywhere ... Michelle I can see you dancing in the clouds.
The days here in October have given the most amazing skies. Brilliant azure blue piled with heaps of mouse grey and crystalline white moving mountains.
